Tone It Up Weekly Challenge

Hey everyone!  I just wanted to pop in and let you know about a cool challenge the girls of Tone It Up have posted.


If you don’t know about Tone It Up, it as online fitness community started by Karena and Katrina (pictured).  They also have a diet plan which has rave reviews, but I haven’t yet shelled out the $150 for it.  I do have their first Beach Babe DVD (they just released a second one this past week) and I love it.  Anyway, each year they host a Bikini Series (for free!) with workouts, tips, etc. to help get you bikini ready. You can still sign up if you’re interested!

Since this is the week that we officially enter summer, they’ve added a challenge to their usual weekly routine.  Each day this week complete:

2 miles of cardio (run, walk, bike, elliptical, whatever)

50 Push Ups

100 TIU Tummy Tucks (pictured below) here’s a link too…
