I made a delicious protein shake after completing Summer Shape Up Workout 3 this afternoon and I just had to share the recipe! It tastes shockingly similar to a Wendy’s frosty, which I love.
Frosty Protein Shake
1 cup of low-fat organic chocolate milk (or chocolate almond milk if dairy isn’t your thing)
1 sliced frozen banana
handful of ice cubes
1 scoop of your favorite vanilla flavored protein powder (I used Muscle Milk)
Blend and enjoy!
