This Week’s Workouts

Sunday: off

Monday: Bikini Sculpt from Tone It Up’s Beach Babe DVD (40 minute toning routine)

Tuesday: off

Wednesday: 15 minute elliptical + 1 hour vinyasa yoga class

Thursday: Surfer Girl (25 minute toning routine) and Bikini Booty (15 minutes) from Tone It Up’s Beach Babe DVD

Friday: swim workout! I made it up on the fly and it took me about 25 minutes

100 yard warm up
25 yards x 4 (one of each stroke) SPRINT!!!
Each 25 was followed by 75 yards easy
25 yards x 4 (one of each stroke) SPRINT!!!
Each 25 was followed by 25 yards easy
100 yard cool down with a kick board

Saturday: 75 minute vinyasa yoga class

If you follow us on twitter, you know I was just not feeling the cardio this week. I think it’s because: 1) it’s hot; 2) the week before the 4th of July was cardio heavy; and 3) I’m bored with all of my music. I get in cardio ruts every once in awhile but instead of not working out at all I focused on yoga and toning this week and still got in a decent swim and incorporated some HIIT.
