Here’s a peek at last weeks workouts, which had a good combination of cardio, strength, and flexibility training!
Sunday : Off
Monday : 75 minute yoga class
Tuesday : Fitnessista’s Awesome August Workout
Wednesday : 15 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill (30 seconds at 7.5, 30 seconds at 4.5) + an hour yoga flow class
Thursday : Off
Friday : 2.5 mile run outside with no music! This was a huge accomplishment as I rarely run outside, and dread doing any kind of workout without music. But I went out with my fiance and we chatted and it wasn’t too bad! Planning on running the same route again sometime this week.
Saturday : 20 minutes stair master + 30 minute walk/jog (about 2 miles)
My gym is closed this week for annual maintenance so I’m going to have to get a bit more creative with my workouts! In anticipation of the shut down I bought Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown so I could keep up with some form of yoga this week. I also plan on doing routines from the Beach Babe DVD as well.
