HIIT Playlist!

Hello World! Here is a playlist for you to pair with a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. If you’re unfamiliar with HIIT, check out this post from the Fitnessista. That’s how I learned about the specifics last year even though I was utilizing HIIT workouts on the regular with Lolo.

HIIT workouts are great since they are quick, but never easy. This means you get your heart rate up and blast away calories. I always have a great playlist to keep me company and help me power through my workouts. I have selected an ecclectic mash up of tracks that will do the trick for you. This playlist is ideal for a 25-30 minute HIIT routine of your liking. *Affiliate links present below*
