Sigh. Here we go again. I haven’t been quite on point with my routine which is slowing down my progress. It’s time to get serious about my life though because I just don’t feel like my best self when I’m not eating right and working out. And also, let’s just face the fact that summer is around the corner. Oh vanity.
Which includes Kyra & Alex’s wedding! I haven’t been following my own advice with the whole re-upping at the grocery store. Every time I get off work and say that I’ll stop by there, I just never do. It’s definitely a weekend activity so I need to ensure that I stock up enough for each week. Honestly, I thank God that I lost weight the proper way because if I had done one of those silly fad diets, it would have crept back up on me.
So, where do I go from here after accepting my slip ups but not beating myself up too much? I’m looking forward! I caught wind of this program called The Fit Freak Project and I am deciding to participate because it just seems like the perfect fit since it’s a blend of weight training and HIIT workouts. This program will still give me the ability to switch things up. I’ll keep you updated on my progress! It’ll be hard to stay on track because I’ll be traveling quite a bit in the coming weeks but I am determined to stay on the fitness train.
