Winter is upon us with a vengeance:
Jonas Blizzard arrived yesterday and we’re officially snowed-in. I experienced my first east coast winter in 2010 during my first year of law school and of course it just had to be a record breaking winter. Fast forward six years later and my first winter back is giving me major deja-vu. I’m already getting that cabin-fever feeling so I decided to make a winter workout playlist from the tracks I’ve been listening to recently.
I obviously can’t make it out to the gym but I should be able to use the condo gym in the coming days depending on what the roads look like. I truly forgot how hard it can be to get moving during the winter time because it gets so cold and I definitely took season-less California for granted. Music gives me the extra boost I need to get up and move, whether it’s getting out to the gym or working out at home since I’m trapped right now. Here is a mashup playlist of old and new tracks:
