A Week of Eats & Workouts

Happy Sunday folks! At the beginning of the month, I talked about my goals for June and of course that included being more serious about my fitness goals. And you know what that means? Being on point with my nutrition and my workouts. There you have it folks! You can see that my protein game is pretty strong these days and I’ve been drinking about 2.5-3 liters of water a day. I’m going to be grocery shopping and prepping for the week. I’m definitely making that sweet potato bake again (I loved it) and I’m figuring out other meals for lunch and dinner. I hope you all had a healthy and happy weekend 🙂

    1. Fitnessista’s sweet potato egg bake is SO good! I just picked up my first pint of birthday cake Halo Top ice cream, haven’t tried it yet though. Looks like a solid week of nutrition and workouts!

      1. Yes! I’m so glad you posted it on IG or else I wouldn’t have known about it. It’s perfect for breakfast. I haven’t tried that flavor yet but I’ve heard good things ?.
